Janie WilsonJanie is an established contributor to the Action Learning arena as an Executive Member of International Foundation for Action Learning (IFAL), and co-founder of Action Learning for Facilitators.

She specialises in all aspects of Action Learning delivery and training of facilitators,in facilitating complex processes, team, personal and professional development, and career coaching.

With over 25 years experience as a professional coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer in the UK and internationally Janie’s clients span the Cabinet Office, UNESCO, UNAIDS, Shell, School for Social Entrepreneurs, British Museum, NHS, Lifeline, Comic Relief, Skoda, Airbus, and NHS Leadership Academy Northwest.

Her interests are in creating experiential and participative learning environments, discovering potential and embedding change. She uses a rich mix of tools to encourage insight, create focus and develop clarity, resilience and motivation.

She is a trained Open Space facilitator, group worker, Professional Coach with ICF, CIPD Fellow, a TMS Accredited facilitator, and a Firework / What Colour’s your Parachute career coach.
